The acceptance of this conditions means the approval of the following points:

1. The client authorize to introduce his personal data in an automated file, responsibility of the owner, and its use for commercial purposes.
2. The client could exercise his right to access, rectify and cancel his personal data.
3. Admission right reserved.
4. Arrival: The entrance to the house will be made between 16:00 pm and 20:00 pm, in case of any incident that could delay your entrance you should communicate it to the owner for confirming the entrance, if is going to be later than 20:00 pm from the planned date of arrival. If not the house will be available for new clients.
5. End: Maximum departing time 10:00 am.
6. The client will be responsible for delivering the house in the same conditions in which it was found initially.
7. The management is not responsible for the objects deposited in the house.
8. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation will be entitled to the refund of the amounts that have been paid, with the compensation that result from applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance:

25% if the cancellation is made with more than 90 days in advance.

50% if the cancellation is made between 60 and 90 days in advance.

100% if the cancellation is made with less than 60 days in advance.
